What to put in your email
- Your phone model and its system version, for example iPhone 15 with iOS 26.
- Where you play: the app from the App Store, the app from Google Play, or the game in a web browser.
- What you did, what you saw, and what you expected to see.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can make one.
What the game stores, and where
The game saves its progress and settings only on your phone, in the app's own storage: scores, tokens, owned and equipped items, missions, the flight log, and settings. There is no account and no sign-in. The game has no server and sends none of this over the network, so the publisher cannot see your progress and cannot restore it.
The game shows its privacy policy in its settings, under Privacy.
How to reset your progress
A reset removes your scores, tokens, items, missions, and settings. The publisher cannot undo a reset, because the publisher holds no copy.
- Android: open Settings, then Apps, then Orbit Skipper, then Storage, and tap Clear storage. Some phones call it Clear data. Do not delete and install the app again to reset it: Android can restore the old progress from the phone's backup when the app installs again.
- iPhone: delete the app, then install it again from the App Store.
- The game in a web browser: clear the site's data in the browser settings. If you added the game to your home screen, remove it from the home screen too.
A backup of the phone may contain a copy of the progress. If you restore the phone from a backup made before the reset, that may bring back the old progress.
